I am a Trauma Informed Coach, and Global Leadership Consultant, on a mission to transform toxic relationships, eliminate isolation, and clear hidden wounds from pupeteering our lives.

I have a Master’s Degree in Global Leadership, with certifications in Advanced NLP, Trauma Informed Life Coaching, and Inter-Cultural Intelligence.

She has most recently studied with Shauna Quigley, the founder of the Trauma Clearing Method out of Ireland, and is doing more and more deep healing work with leaders.
She loves meeting friends for tea, deep talks, and long walks by the sea.
